There is no contractual relationship between the customer and the agency as a result of the client's request for booking and any mediation which may have ensued. The agency will only act as an intermediary under the model and will receive a commission from the agency for its activity. The service of the agency is free for the customers. 

The models freely dispose of their time. The Agency can, therefore, confirm the appointment request of the client only after consultation with the model. Upon request of the client, the agency shall contact the model directly and inform the client immediately of the confirmation of the booking. The model decides freely whether to accept or reject an order offer. In the case of the acceptance of an order offer, a contract between the client and the model are concluded directly. The models are self-employed and provide services on their own account. The fee shall be paid by the client to the model.

The models decide freely and in agreement with the customer about an extension or a demolition of the meeting.
